This certainly falls under misc....but may be of interest to a few SP...

It seems we get so caught up in doing it all ....everyday! Simple things get lost in the mix.

Personally, I set myself up for failure everyday I don't eat breakfast and/or pack a lunch.

Work is physically demanding (I clean vacation rentals) and some days it's just to mind boggling to think about taking a 2-3 mile walk...but 15 minutes is doable.

35-45 minutes of ST?? What?? But I can do 10 on my upper one day, spend 10 on core the next and day 3 with another 10 on lower. Maybe toss in a 30 minute full body ST once a week.

Today, instead of mindless eating out of frustration, I looked at my goals (and lack there of) and habits (some not so great).

Considered going all the way back to SP Stage One, but instead looked through a whole bus load of SP Pages. Figured out that I'm not alone in being overwhelmed with everyday life, trying to spark, track nutrition, be good at ST & cardio on a regular basis...duh, no wonder so many people feel stuck!

After reading a few SP Articles, I was reminded of something very basic & simple - habits are formed from goals practiced everyday for 21-40 days. Once it becomes a habit it is a part of your lifestyle. Then time for a new goal and another 21 days or so of practice.

So today, much time was spent sparking, but eventually it was filled with planting new seeds (goals) to nourish and grow into habits which then turn into a lifestyle change making room for new habits...

If anyone is interested...
