
Manny! I know I put on a lot of weight during chemo and after as well. I just posted this on my other team but I'll repost it here:)

My goal was to lose 10 lbs. by January 1st., which I later changed to March 17th, because that is the day of the 5k. Well, I met my goal! I have lost 10 lbs, since I started walking again and tracking everything I eat! I'm so excited!
I have been on WW's for almost 6 weeks now, or maybe on my 7th week, I'm not sure. But it is working! My daughter wanted me to join with her, and I didn't really think it would work, but I wanted to do something that we could do together. I'm so glad I did!

Aug. 9th, I will start the Ideal Protocol diet. This is a high protein diet where you can lose weight in a healthy way. I hope to have more energy and feel good for a change, and lose weight too!
