Ok, I find a diet that I like and better yet IT WORKS!! I lost like 10 lbs in 2 weeks which is awesome!! What do I do? Do I continue and drop even more weight? NO!! I screw up for 4 weeks and don't drop a flipping thing! I know that if I could stick to a diet I wouldn't need a diet, but come on! Why is it so hard? Why do I feel this need to screw up? UGH!!

Well, back on track today. I did my 1/2 mile this morning and even though I forgot to bring my water I will just drink the well water here at work (it sucks) and I will get in my 64 oz before I go home. I have my breakfast bar and my lunch is ready. I will be having the correct dinner and I will have my proper snack! Today I am ON TRACK!!!
