I almost screwed my whole game plan. I got up this morning and totally forgot to eat breakfast before coming to work. Grateful that I had a plumb in the fridge here at work or I would have been looking for cookies. I have found that if I have something for breakfast it helps control my hunger all day. I normally get up and have a cup of a high fiber cereal like fiber one or Kashi with 1/2 cup of skim milk and it for some reason make me not hungry. Ok, I want to eat at lunch and supper times but I don't want to snack all night long like normal. Here hoping that plumb will help.

My son is getting married next July. I am so happy as I just love my daughter-in-law to be. Anyway, his dad and I divorced before he was 2. He at first didn't want his dad there, but as changed his mind because he doesn't want to strain his relationship with his grandfather. So it looks like my x will be there and he is bringing my x best friend (yeah, that is why she is my x best friend). Anyway (again) she used to brag about how good she looked in her bikini, well I was a photo of her on facebook and she has put on at least 100 lbs if not more. So I have to drop this weight before the wedding. Yeah, it's petty, but hey, it works.
