I am sitting here at work with not much to do (meaning my boss is out of the office so I can screw off) and decided that since I still don't have a computer at home (I am going to kick my husbands butt soon) I would get on here. I have not logged anything, I have not blogged or tracked or nothing and I feel guilty. I am only hurting myself and I know that. I want to stay healthy and the only way to do that is to take better care of myself and drop the 50 flipping pounds I put on during chemo. So to that extent I got myself a treadmill (I love craigslist) I even used it last night. I set it to 2mph and did 1/4 mile. Decided that was a little fast as I was a huffing and puffing by the time I was done, so tonight I will set it a little lower and see how long I last. Wish me luck.
