Yes so that I can see how bad the days are when I'm over the limit.

Yes, I do track my sodium because my hubby has high blood pressure and it's important to keep the sodium low.

I don't keep it under 2300 every day. I try and have been tracking mine for a few years now. I work hard to come up with low sodium but still tasty recipes. It's NOT easy! It did get me reading labels though!

How can you have no salt? Milk has sodium in it and
many other foods you don't think of.

I track it every day and manage to be 2300 or below about two or three times a week. Probably am up to about 3000 about four days a week and one day is high as we go out to eat one day per week. It really is hard to reduce sodium. Anyone have a great low sodium pasta sauce recipe, to help me replace my jarred pasta sauce?

I track my sodium using the nutritional tracker.
I was also amazed at how high my sodium level can be.
I started to buy lower sodium turkey breast lunch meat and cooking more fresh vegetables

I track it on the nutrition tracker. I am amazed many days at how high my level can be. Most days I am okay. It is teaching me to read labels on foods more closely.

I track it everyday. I am usually under the 2,000 mark. Very rarely do I go over 2,300.

Are you keeping your sodium intake under 2300 mg each day?
