I started watching CSI the original when it first came on the air, and have never missed an episode in 15 years. Tomorrow night is the series finale. I had to be sure to record the news after the show in case the football game goes long and the lineup overruns its slot, a problem I often have with Sunday night CBS shows during football season.

Do you like to work out alone or with a group/



FOR ME....I like to work out in the privacy of my own home. But that being said, I like to going walking outside with a friend or a group of walkers.

Bescats, I keep my weight off now because I am awful at doing anything again that I have done successfully before. Technically, maintaining and losing are about the same, but I get that thought in my head that I can do it whenever I want because I've done it before, then keep putting it off. It's my own mental trap, and I have to avoid it.

I'd have to say 50-50 because I get bored with the cardio after about 30 min., then I go to the weights, and then back to some cardio (sometimes). emoticon emoticon
