
Fitness: For starters, this holiday season I am working with a trainer for my spring (well almost spring) birthday preview.

Holiday Meals: I am now lactose intolerant which puts the mac & cheese on the back burner. One of my favorites is sweet potatoes but this time I will have the sweet potato and not the souffle. I just saw a tip to pour apple juice into the collard greens. I like the stuffing so I will have a serving of that. As for the cranberry sauce which I love, I will have that with another meal.
