emoticon Fitness: For starters, this holiday season I am working with a trainer for my spring (well almost spring) birthday preview.

emoticon Holiday Meals: I am now lactose intolerant which puts the mac & cheese on the back burner. One of my favorites is sweet potatoes but this time I will have the sweet potato and not the souffle. I just saw a tip to pour apple juice into the collard greens. I like the stuffing so I will have a serving of that. As for the cranberry sauce which I love, I will have that with another meal.

I just got back from the store where I bought a bunch of healthy stuff. I'm all ready to go -- now I just need to watch my portions and make sure I keep working out all week. Happy Thanksgiving Y'all!

i love it JAZZII4! we must enjoy ourselves and remember to be conscious about what we are putting in our mouth,portion control is key. even tasting has calories.we sometimes forget about that i know i do sometimes especially around the holidays.

i know KATIE3908 it is so much to enjoy but we do have to be careful not to over do it.you definitely can't go wrong by working out extra emoticon

I eat whatever I want on Thanksgiving. The rest of the holiday season and year I watch what I eat very closely. I just love Thanksgiving and will work out extra to compensate for the additional calories.

I'm not afraid because I have accepted the fact, that I am going to enjoy the day eating. But I will be conscious of what goes in my mouth and how much. And I will continue to work out, during the holiday season. Good luck everyone! emoticon

Are you ready for the holiday season.Are you scared? I know i normally am afraid because its alot of eating,desserts,and cold weather so its hard to exercise sometimes.But being connected with spark pals so helps because we support each other through it all.Not to mention we get all these healthy options and tips to help us progress.In this thread tell me what your concerns are or your fears are.Remember i am here for you. emoticon
