yeah on lifetime right now i can't think of the name of the show.i use to watch it all the time

I am out to lose this weight once and for all.i have to keep this weight off,so I will have good health.

I didn't know Jesse has his own show. I know Chris Powell takes on somebody for a year and helps them lose weight. I agree with the realistic numbers being put up. Somebody in next weeks show gains a pound. Season 15 had 2 people gain weight because they left the ranch and it doesn't show them leaving the ranch this season yet. I'll have to look up what show Jesse is on. I'm curious.

I am liking the quick recipe tips. I like the o-lean brand, a pretty good product for me.

the weight loss does seem to be a bit more realistic now.. i think a week is a week now not how ever long they decided to have.
i really like Jessie in his own show but he has people for a year to lose weight.. i am not sure the BL format is suiting his methods.
the new team shake up seems to be going well so far... i was also surprised they didnt go to singles

GRRR... ARGH...its a Buffy thing...she saved the world a lot

I think the team change up is good. I'm just surprised that the weight loss seems slow this season. I guess I'm used to seeing big numbers on the scale every week, It seems like a lot of single digit losses on the scale this season. Maybe after last season they are trying to do things alittle different to be more healther with the weight losses.

I thought they were going to go to singles but I like this twist. Sonya is so close to being under 200 pounds and it makes me a little jealous. I knew Jackie wouldn't be able to win against Dameon. I can see him winning another week. Jackie doesn't really look different after she went home besides the hair color. Still looks good. Glad she is active with her kids. I am still rooting for Scott to win the title of Biggest Loser. I like the cooking challenge they did. Thought it was interesting and the food minus the turkey burger looked good.

I know I'm posting early but I am really excited to see tonight's episode. I saw previews of tonight's show after last week's show as well as a few other times and they are in different color shirts. The show information as listed in my TV Guide app says as follows: "New teams form after the original groups are disbanded, and the transition is hard for one player. Later, chef Rocco DiSpirito judges a cooking challenge in which the teams must prepare tasty, healthy dishes." I knew that the teams would be splitting up but I never remember what week it's in. I am always excited to see the show and Thursdays can't come fast enough and I look forward to catching up on Friday with the NBC app on my phone.
