I cashed in my 2010 Healthy Blue points today - and am buying us a Wii (or XBox Kinect) for our new big screen HDTV. I've got a cardiac hubby and want to motivate him off the couch. This means I plan to buy some exercise programs for the machine - Biggest Loser, Yoga, other weight loss.

Portioning my food. My biggest downfall is guesstimating. I am always way over portion sizes and I am gonna accomplish correst portioning this year!

I don't want anymore new in 2011. I had nothing but constant flux and change in 2010. I want a nice, stable return to the basics.

I know stability did good things for me and my body/fitness in 2009; I am sure with some changes from 2010 it will do better things in 2011. I just need a stable base to do what I need to do from; a safe springboard if you will.

I do impromptu trips all the time...just pick a direction or a basic destination and GO!

I am going to take a road trip to someplace I've never been some time this year. Don't know where yet but want to explore.

I need to change alot of things, but only going to do it one thing at a time. However, with that said, I am going to change my eating habits, sleep habits (just switched from graves to day shift), exercise habits (ok, going to START exercising) and hopefully change my job to a stay at home wife and own my own business. I DO drink enough water everyday, but I don't eat enough veggies. First thing is to get hubby onboard, but if he doesn't...it's MY journey!!

I am going to plan my meals for the whole week every Sunday. I am going to try and have every calorie planned out.
I usually work out after work... I am going to try and add a few morning workouts in as well.

Journaling has always helped me in the past, I will go back to journaling everyday.

of course, we are all trying to eat better, etc.... but my biggie this year is that I have one room that looks like the rooms on "Clean House"...my junk room...I will get it organized! I will get rid of stuff I haven't used in a loooooong time...and I will eat better... I will drink water till I slosh when I walk...

just spent a small fortune on 8 personal training sessions - had first session today and now understand muscle exhaustion ! 7 more to go - booked for the next 7 thursday mornings !

Gonna try to do the same circuit on the other days. I am so tired !

food- I am going to try making one meal per week (I know lousy goal, but I hate to cook!) emoticon
