I retired the day I turned 66. I found a part time job & now work PRN, I have never regretted it. I have health issues & it was really hard to work a 40 hour week. I hope it works out for you to retire in a few years 4 Rascals.

Lose weight by creating a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise, tracking food, eliminating junk foods & processed foods. Still recovering from knee replacement surgery, so my exercise will be limited, and increased as time goes on.

This is the year that I will focus on being more positive. Goodbye negativity, your no longer welcome in my life. I plan to try meditation again. Practice makes perfect. I also plan on use more affirmations.

I also plan to reduce my debt and become debt free hopefully with three years.

Finally I believe that I will retire. Only going to be 64 in July. I have many health issues, & would like to enjoy whatever time I have left. Still undecided, it's a big step.

I would like to get into a 3 day week routine of visiting the YMCA.
I would like to do a better job of taking my supplement pills.

I would like to:

Reduce pain and inflammation
Lose weight
Exercise daily (yoga and/or strength training)
Walk - building up to 10,000 steps or more daily
Develop good 'don't have to think about it anymore' eating and drinking habits (meals 2-3x daily, 1 snack if needed and WATER drinking - one/half body weight in ounces)

Other plans I would like to see 'come to pass' in 2017:

A good, productive home garden
Start/complete the workshop, outdoor living room and laundry room 'additions' to our property and Tarp/cover over the motor home and living room
Get back periodically to selling my knitting and crafting at the local Farmer's Market
Learn to double point needle knit
Get 'out and about' a bit more - to garage sales, bazaars, craft fairs, art shows, etc.

Whole-foods, Plant-based, Moderate Exercise, Spiritually Focused/Supported, and Bright Line Eating - that's the plan!
