Take some time to familiarize yourself with the tools here. Once you get used to using them, it becomes easier to use them even when you are busy. Subscribe to some of the email newsletters. I suggest the daily and weekly spark digest to get you started and then find what interests you. I receive the exercise one even though I do not use the exercises. I will do 10 minutes of a exercise TV show, walk for ten minutes when I was still working during my lunch time or go to an exercise class but the exercise email motivates me to do it even for a few minutes . They add up.

My life tomorrow will be the result of my attitudes and the choices I make today.

I work in an office where I sit for 9 hours a day... by the end of the day I am very very stiff and sore... When I get home all I want to do is sleep. :/ When I wake up in the morning, I am also very stiff and sore. I am really struggling to find a time to work out, lose wait and not hurt all the time. I am only 42 and WANT my life back but am really fighting discouragement and frustration. My husband, daughter and son are all very skinny so sometimes I feel like they don't understand how I feel and it doesn't help that they snack all day on junk food while I just sit and watch.

I know this really sounds like I am just being a whiner but I honestly don't know where else to turn.

Help!
