Thanks ladies, I really do want this group to make it. I know I have been gone for a while and I really NEED this group. There have been issues that prevented me from being here, but I am really needing to have the support of the team. My pains have been really bad lately, but I AM going to do this. Last week was a bust, but WE WILL SUCCEED.

You are the best and I know that this group WILL also succeed.

Nola, You have been doing so great and have come so far since I have been on the last time.

I am so happy that you are keeping our group going! You made my day!! My challenge would be to try to stay within 200 calories of the low-end of our daily calories for a week. I also would challenge everyone to do at least 30 minutes of some kind of exercise every day, and like me, it doesn't have to be all in one session--break it up into several smaller time frames, but make the daily total at least 30 minutes! I also enjoy the "Team Huddles" every day--it's a quick and easy way to keep in touch! Welcome "home", Doris...I am glad you are here for us!

Hi all,

I hope you got my message about our new goal. I was going to close the group, but there are too many of us to give up now.

Let's get this group rolling and make it happen. We all have the same goal and the same issues we are all facing, so let's start giving each other the support we need to get through. I want to make this group work for everyone, so please give me some ideas of what you would like to see in the group and what issues you are dealing with so we can band together and get this weight off.
