It's been pretty quiet here! But going to jump in and list my Top Ten foods anyway. These may not be my favourite foods (which include things like pizza and nachos), but instead are my favourite healthier foods.
greek yogurt mandarin oranges cheese strings eggs edamame sushi pizza (it can be healthy!) 100 calorie snack packs (not the healthiest, but great for when cravings hit) air-popped popcorn green smoothies New Starting Weight (January 2016): 199.4

2) homemade chili (seasoning - courtesy of a ClubHouse seasoning packet) 3) clif cereal bars 4) Fibre1 cereal (original or raisin clusters) 5) Liberte yogourt, especially Mocha flavor 6) yogourt on sale 7) very ripe bananas, for transformation into frozen wedges for -- 8) smoothies 9) plank seasoned salmon 10) frozen veggies (thinly sliced) - thawed and added to rinsed red kidney beans, goat or feta cheese crumbles and full fat salad dressing (oil / vinegar based). I don't know, guess I don't really have top 10 food choices. I am thankful that I can eat lettuce again, as I really missed making/eating salads. I love putting yogurt into the freezer and eating it frozen. I love eating frozen mango and frozen grapes. I really love my mother's meatloaf, stew, soup, dumplings and when my brother fires up the bbq. I am true West Coast as I love fish, fish and more fish. If I had access and could, I'd eat lots of crab. But choices, I tend to get what I can afford and is simple. I don't really have a top 10 food choice. I guess if I look in my shopping cart, I usually get bread, milk, shredded cheese (if on sale), rice, eggs, cheap cuts of meat and chicken, cans of tuna and salmon, salad fixin' like lettuce, cucumber, carrots and frozen mango fruit when its on sale.
