I would love to do the OMY! But I keep surfing through links to find where the poses are posted, and can't find them! Can you please send the link for the OMY poses?

I just started the Yoga Zone on Hulu.com, and found it very enjoyable.

That one was tough. Actually, it was impossible for my body to get in that position. My bad knee won't bend that far, and the bad ankle on the opposite side won't straighten out (point) that much. But, I added some supports to my ankles (pillows) and tried my best.

I'm new to this, and Yoga, but I have good flexibility in most areas. My knees aren't good, but I don't think they are too bad either. And my right ankle is still not healed right from my terrible sprain two years ago. But I think Yoga could help what ails me.

I like the pose of the day today. It was a good first!

I do cobra almost every day, so no problem here.

Here is the pose I'll be doing tomorrow after I try spinning for the first time. I used to do this just before bed to fall asleep, but a fellow Sparker said it is good to do after running.

Completed this one... I had a hard time with my left knee but the pose felt good.
I went ahead and did the cobra pose along with the one for the sciatic I really like that one....
