In a few short months, we all will have been Sparkers for FOUR YEARS! I wish today-me could have gone back in time to tell the newly-joined me that there are so many wonderful, life-changing experiences and accomplishments just waiting for her.

In under two years I lost about 60 pounds. A few more months and I was down about 70 pounds. Then, for most of 2013, I maintained my weight within a few pounds and ended the year still maintaining. Another remarkable happening in 2013 was correction of a life-long breathing restriction that I didn't even know I had. Able to finally breathe properly, I took up jogging in December and was re-sparked to tackle the remaining weight I still want to lose.

Just this week I passed the 80-pounds-lost mark. What an achievement! I'm not sure until I get there, but I think I might only need to lose another 5-7 pounds to be at an appropriate body fat percentage. I can't wait to find out what else 2014 has in store for me.

What about you?

I was just going through my spark teams and old friends. Glad to see some people still here! I initially got with in pounds of my goal but this year had some medical problems and put back on a little. Still eating healthy though it's the exercise I struggle with. It has been a great 2 years though and I wouldn't change starting this journey in any way!! Keep up the great work!!

2 years! What a wild ride. I think the biggest accomplishment is the fact that we are still here. The big thing I've learned is to push the reset button. The old me would quit. The new sparked me will just get back up and keep going. I initially lost 80 pounds, and then I slowly started gaining some back. But I'm working really hard right now. I'm excited to see the scale moving in the right direction again. More importantly, I've become a runner and I've gained myself. I love spark.

Two years, wow it has passed by so fast. It has been an amazing two years. While I am still short on my goal weight, I realize it really isn't that important. I am down about 25 pounds and healthier than I have been in a long time. I have removed "I can't do that" and replaced it with "I want to try that." I have completed a half marathon and done things I never dreamed of.

Looking forward to all that year 3 will bring. Hope you are all having a great year as well.

Two years ago I started my weight loss journey. I am not at the number on the scale that I wanted to be but I am down 5 jean sizes- 28 to a 18- and some skirts are a 16. I am still losing inches but the scale wont budge.

I am going to keep on keepin' on!

Hello Kitka & Team, I started off with a bang lost about 20lbs and 2 sizes. Then I fell off the wagon and gained everything back and a little extra. Mainly due to stress, putting everyone and everything before myself, and no longer planning and tracking. I have not given up though that is why I'm still here. I just set new simple achievable goals for myself and now I just have to follow through. I am so happy for your tremendous loss and thanks for the inspiration! emoticon

Hey guys!

I was just curious as to how everyone was doing. I joined SP on March 7, 2010 and my life has forever changed. I am *still* about 15 pounds from my goal weight, but that doesn't even matter as much anymore. I feel thankful to have been able to meet such supportive people. I couldn't have gotten so far in my journey without you.

I have lost over 60 pounds and *counts on fingers* FIVE dress/jeans sizes... I have gained a love for running and lifting and anything that makes me feel GOOD from the inside out.
