I haven't been well the last few days and so haven't been able to exercise. Now I know its going to be more difficult when I start again and its so tempting to slip back into my old lazy habits. I must emoticon !

For me, the answer is workout no matter what no excuses. Even if it has to be right before bedtime. My family thinks I'm nuts but it works. There are times I would rather do nothing but I start and the rest is history. Remember it can be as little as 10 to 20 minutes. Some is better than none and it is SO worth it in the end.

Hang in there. You'll find a balance between fitness and the rest of your life. emoticon

Right now what is hindering my progress is this ongoing fight I seem to always have running in my head!

"You should workout"
"I'll do it tomorrow today I'll clean" (but then I don't clean either!)

I need a good quiet reboot, work, wedding, move, summer schedule have all thrown this homebody for a loop. I don't want to complain because it is all good things, my head is just spinning a little.

Social eating is a big one for me, drinking too. The minute I get tired I crave fast food, all fight goes out of me. Especially dangerous the days I work both jobs.

At some point we all struggle with different things in this journey. Even when we have officially "made it". What is an area that you have to be aware of and work on?

Social eating is an area that I still struggle with. When I get in large group settings I tend to put more on my plate and go back for seconds.
