I weigh-in about every 2 weeks with my nutritionist on Saturdays. I throw in an occasional Wednesday every now and then to stay on top of things. My next weigh-in is this Saturday!

I do it on Sunday evenings. It helps me plan my week, and it also helps me with my weekends. I'm much more likely to stick to a healthier menu on the weekends (my absolute hardest time because my days aren't filled with work) if I know I'm going to see the results on Sunday!

I also joined on a Tuesday, so right now I'm weighing on Tuesdays. I sometimes want to weigh more often, but I know weight can fluctuate. I don't want to discourage myself! After a week of vacation with family in town, I was nervous, but I lost .2 pounds, or stayed the same. Whew!

I weigh in most weekdays. My official weigh in is Tuesday, since that is the day I began Sparking!!!!!!

Every other Saturday or Sunday after a light breakfast, right before working out (as I use the scale at the gym). I find bi-weekly to be more motivating than weekly.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

My weigh-in day is Friday mornings, but I get on the scale every morning. I like seeing what effect the previous day had on my body.

If I have a bad weekend I have plenty of time to make up for it during the week before my next weigh-in.

I weigh in before dressing most days to keep track of fluctuations--just like STRONGERLEANER. I like to track them here to compare with my nutrition and fitness records--if there is something I'm eating that causes me to retain water I'd like to know! Then I log my weight in a physical notebook on Saturday mornings.

I weigh myself about every other day. My plan is to record the weight once a week, though it doesn't really matter to me what day it is.

Weighing myself this often just gives me an idea of water fluctuation.

Like the topic says, when do you weight in and why? What day of the week? I got mad and started on a Thursday, so that my starting weight. I choose to weigh in first thing in the morning. I might move my day to Wednesday just to put it into the middle of the week.

What about you?
