Don't know how long you have been fighting the weight but I do know that slow and easy wins the race. I have been if a fight with the scale most of my adult life, first it was birth controll pills that seemed to pile on the pounds, and for ten years I battled that extra weight. then when menapause intered the picture it was a real battle. Now I find as long as I move every day, jornal my meals and my w/o's I can stay with in a pound or two of my Dr's idea of my perfect weight. A battle with breast cancer didn't help either. But as I said at the start of this long winded post, slow and easy, it didn't get there over night and there isn't any magic bullet, its work to get it off. Good luck.
