Abs of horror! Not my favorite video, but probably a good one for me. but I did it and my walk--it was a beautiful warm day and I loved every minute of the 60 I walked.

Don't see one for day 15. Did my day 14 yesterday, but didn't get the walk in. For day 15 I have substitued a cardio kickboxing video. I just can't do non-stop hoping and jumping. I know there are jumping jacks in the kickboxing ones, but somehow I can do those. I have always enjoyed the kickboxing videos.

Video and bonus done. I am very proud to have not missed a video so far and to have done all the challenges but the fiber one. Woohoo! I have more energy and feel better. Bring on week 3.

Got mine done - walked at the store earlier today and then also did cardio at home. Liking this streak thing - worked out for 14 days in a row and I'm feeling pretty dang good!

Just finished bootcamp after working 8 hours, Walked a total of 13.8 miles and can definnatly feel it in my legs, buttocks and feet. I feel accomplished now.

Bootcamp Video - emoticon (definitely felt the burn!!)

I did not think I would make it today, we had family movie night last night and was up until late. But it was great!! I did get my video in as well as some cardio and circuit training and I am not even tired!!! emoticon

Just did the video workout( I hate working out in the evenings, but had no choice) also went to a local park with some cool trails and did 60 minutes of walking stairs, hills and such.

Did the abs video which is really great. I am going to keep that as my routine after this month is over. I also walked 30 minutes even though we didn't need too, and I was able to almost hit 10,000 steps today as of 7:30 I had 9500. Yes!! Making progress. emoticon

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Had an excellent day after sort of slacking off the past two days. Did the video this morning after waking up which might become a habit, and took the dogs out for a good walk (which was worrying me since it's been rainy here for the past three days). Did well. :)

Day 14 DONE! I'll probably play Just Dance tonight for an hour and get some cardio for fun and burn off some extra calories. We're going out for Mexican food tonight and you know how high in calories that is! Not to mention the Mexican Hurricanes. emoticon

Hoping that side planks get easier one day. They are so difficult! But I'm loving the way I feel with this daily exercise. Clothes are fitting a wee bit better too.

I did the video. It was easier this week.

I still have to do the 15 min extra cardio, plus I missed a day last week so I need to do my 30 min of cardio. I am going to the rec center to walk/run.
