Reading all of your posts I seem like a piker at all of this. Due to not feeling real well the last couple of days I only did 20 mins on the treadmill this morning, but at a higher intensity than I have been working at. I did one minute intervals. It gave me quite a workout. Next week I am going to bump up my workouts by 15 mins to 45 minute workouts. Slowly I am get into this. Got to get ready for work. TGIF!!!!

Did my walking in the rain today. Kept waiting for it to stop raining so I would feel more like getting out and walking, but when that didn't happen, I put on my gortex and walked in the rain for 30 minutes. Not bad.

Managed to get it all done today. 40 minutes of heavy cardio, Bootcamp video and my something new was trying Pumpkin Spice Silk Soy Milk this morning. Trying to find new ways to get calcium and protein without all the extra fat/calories.

Day 12 - done! I did the lower body video, took two 10-minute walks, did 35 minutes of jogging at home, and did my 100 push-up, 200 sit-up and 200 squats challenges.

And I got a haircut today. Kind of my something new. And I have to say, it made a world of difference to get my hair cut. I feel like I got my mojo back.

Day 12 done. Almost didn't do the challenge but then decided to try a workout I DVR'd on Discovery Health-Dance and be fit hip hop. Started out ok but then started moving to fast for this big ole body. But I did try.

I did the video this morning, followed by 30 minutes on the stationary bike and 30 minutes walking down and up our killer hill to do a "milk run". I chose a yummy broiled potato and zucchini side dish from Spark Recipes as my bonus. Looking forward to Friday!

Did the video. My hamstrings cramp when I do the bridge with the one leg lift. I had to stop for a few seconds to rub it out.

This morning did a 35 min deep water workout and then 15 min of swimming laps, then 20 min of run/walk.

I will try to find a new recipe for dinner tonight for the extra challenge.

I did the video today...

After I make some phone calls, I will go and do my video this morning... That is something new... I usually do it at night...

Later, I will try something new for dinner as well

Did Coach Nicole's video & while I'm making a new recipe (per optional challenge) of Chef Tal's vegan Celery Root soup with Chive oil & also making the cashew cream.....I'll be doing a BL dvd. Will be back to confirm I actually did both!

Made up yesterday's ab video and did today's lower body video. Now going to take my pup for a long walk because it's finally sunny and above freezing! I used to take him on a 60-90 minute walk every Sunday and all the ice, wind, snow, and especially road salt has hindered that for weeks. He'll be so excited today!

Completed the video workout. Ouch! on the one leg lifts!

Cardio will be a 30 minute walk on the treadmill or outside if it stops raining.

I'll also do my 6 minute Shake Weight exercise.

Bonus challenge: try something new. I am making a new recipe today! It's a cheesy potato soup.

I just finished the workout. It was pretty tough.
I used to do longer workout like this before though, can you do other strength training as well?

Good thing today: I found my skies so I went out skiing a bit. will replace my running with that since it is too cold to be running outside.
