Ok so today I caught up on all my missed videos for the past couple of days...could deffinately feel it:) However I fell a little short on the fiber intake, bummer too because I've been keeping my fiber up for the past week Oh Well, heres to another good workout day!

Day 11 - done. Did the video, and even though Wednesday is not a cardio day for me, I got in forty-five minutes of walking.

I also had quinoa and black beans for lunch to boost my fiber intake.

struggled through boot camp video, Walked for 35 minutes, treadmill for 30 (reached the highest workout heart rate ever for me-- WOO HOO)
I finally figured out how to add fiber to my tracking and to my amazement, I had 37 grams of fiber today. Doesn't seem possible. Guess I'll have to pay more attention

Actually 30 grams is rather low for me - SP loves to harp on how I usually intake too much fiber! But thankfully I don't have problems with it because I drink a lot of water too!

All done with the video, cardio and the bonus. It was a struggle today. I really didn't feel up to doing any of it, but I made it through! woohoo! I have injured my wrist so I had to modify the video a little, but it still all worked. I sure am glad today is done!

I agree with many of you. This week I'm noticing much better balance. Had my 30 min walk, 60 min pilates and the SP Exercise of the day. But was 5 grams short of my fiber, my usual and good for me.

What a difference from last week's attempt at this balancing act! Enjoyed this video this week! Cardio consisted of some heavy cleaning. Fiber is generally not a problem, so I met that today, too. What a great feeling!

Glad today was for my core, because walking in this cold my body felt like it was going to breakdown.

I take fiber tablets, so didn't have to do anything different there.

I am feeling much better went to the dentist on Monday and it took all of my energy for the past two days not to mention the pain killers I needed thanks to my jaw being swollen. Got to love your dentist.

Ab workout went much better this week, which is a definite improvement from last week (where I kept falling off my ball every time). Tried some new ways to get fiber in. Decided I really like whole wheat bread with peanut butter and granny smith apple slices for breakfast (and filled me up most of the morning). This has gotten me very close to the fiber goal (which is 24 grams at the lowest. I'm at 23...So close). Still have to do cardio, but I enjoy it, so it doesn't feel like work to me. I wished it hadn't started raining though...The plan was to take the hounds for a long walk around the point, but no luck as the rain came in.

emoticon for day 11. Did the video and it was much easier this time. Rode my bike and my elliptical each for 30 min. and I did very well on my fiber today

Did video & 30 min. of walking & will probably do a bit more in awhile. Fiber is great, since all my meals are vegetarian, vegan or either of those with a little fish.

I did a light cardio workout this morning, a Leslie Sansone video. I'll do my ab workout tonight. I remember really liking this one though!

Finished the video workout twice then did week 1 day 1 of Couch 2 5k program for cardio.

If you are interested, there is an MP3 podcast that you can put on your player to tell you when to walk and when to run and it's set to music to help you keep the pace. I really liked it.

I don't think it's quite 30 minutes so long so I walked until my treadmill said I had gone 30 minutes.

I'm thinking about getting that Turbo Jam workout. Seems like a lot of people enjoy it.

For the Bonus Challenge I ate a Carb Check bagel that is 140 calories and has 18g of fiber! I'm sure I'll meet my fiber requirements today. :)

Getting everything in today. I already had added fiber into my diet when I was diagnosed with IBS many years ago and then reinforced when diagnosed with diabetes. So fiber is a must for me.

Did my cardio this morning. Gonna do the other ab ball workout and then a bit more cardio Wii boxing. I always try and make sure I get enough fiber and I wil get it today!

got up early and got TurboJam Cardio done and video done TWICE.. never been very good at ab exercises as far as crunches and such go so took advantage of the ones i can do and did it twice :) apparently, i've been doin' pretty good on the fiber part.. added it to my nutrition tracker and checked the first 10 days and met it or went over all but 2 days :) off to a good start today, too :)

emoticon what doesn't kill us makes us stronger right? lol

Did today's video + another abs video from the library. Will be at the gym about 4:15 pm and will do some elliptical, 30 min abs & core class..this class can be brutalits abs and core with cardio pick ups! Then 60 min cardio kickboxing class :)

As for fiber since I eat mostly vegan I usually go over so today my goal is to stay in the 25-35 g range!

did my video today think i will do it again later today. for my cardio im going to try and do the Jillian Michaels balst fat jump start matabotlism. OMG i did the whole 40 min. video yesterday i was shocked it didnt kill me! sooo since it didnt kill me ill be doing it again! wish me luck LOL

Did the video and a 30 min. cardio kickboxing that I had DVR'd. Eating oatmeal and a banana for breakfast, have some Fiber One yogurt for a snack later. emoticon

Did 60 minute walk and the Video . Don't know about the challenge. I eat oatmeal and fruit. Don't know if I need extra.

Video done. Will get the cardio in later today. I also should have no problem with the fiber, as I usually eat quite a bit of it regularly.

I didn't see this today, so I will start. I did the video workout. I swear my abs were still sore from last week LOL. I have already had 12 grams of fiber so I am well on my way to my goal of 25 grams. I had Kashi Go Lean High Protein & High Fiber cereal. It has 10 g of fiber per serving.

Off to ice skating for my aerobics workout.
