Did all the workouts & remembered at the last minute about adding a salad with dinner, so threw it together in 2 minutes & it was delicious! By the time I ate everything else: entree, veggie & freshly-made chunky applesauce, I was stuffed!!!

Yay, I completed Day Ten. No skips so far, but I notice I'm waiting longer into the day to get my exercise in. Tomnorrow I'll do the video in the morning and perhaps the cardio too. Good going everyone! And I'm going to prep my salad tonight (wash lettuce, etc.) so making a salad tomorrow will be easy to do rather than skip it like I did today.

Hi Coach Denise - I did Shift & Lift class tonight at 24 hr fitness. 40 mins spinning and 20 mins upper body weights.

Did the upper body strength training this morning before work. Did a 30 min. cardio video on exercisetv.tv again....I think those videos are for more advanced people, I'll go back to my yoga and pilates for tomorrow! emoticon

I did the video this morning for today and I really love those video's... I really feel them... Tonight, after dinner, I did my step routine for my cardio and later, during "Biggest Loser," I will do some weights.

I did the video this morning along with a 20 minute cardio workout. Finished out the cardio with a very brisk walk in the late afternoon. I didn't get the bonus challenge because I had to eat out this evening and I had already planned to eat at Subway, which didn't have any side salads.

I did the boot camp video, the New You boot camp day 6 video, two ten-minute walks, and twenty minutes of jogging. I need to eat two more calories today to hit the bottom end of my ranges - let's make them healthy ones!

Did the video workout. I used 8 pound weights but probably could have used heavier. I think the arm workout is the easiest of them all, but my arms were sore last week, so I know it worked.

Had my salad for dinner like always so the extra challenge was easy.

I was gone all day so I didn't get in my 30 min aerobic workout. I will have to do one on the weekend.

finshed the video now im off the do wii free step while watching BL.couldnt add the salad in since I did this late. Im going to have to log in at 5am intead of when I get home from classes.

It was a whole lot easier to do the workout today that it was last tuesday - when I could barely stay on that ball! Last week I used 1.5 lb. weights because I was trying for form. Today I bumped them up to 3 lbs. but I believe I can move on up to 5 lbs next week.

Cardio and video done. I'm going to have a salad before supper so it'll encourage me to not eat more than a slice of pizza. Thankfully, this one is also a supreme, so lots of veggies coming my way. Also added a walk around the point with the dogs to look at the water and watch some construction that's going on down here. So was a great day.

The cardio and bootcamp day 3 is complete. Unfortunately I didn't read the challenge before I started today so I didn't get a salad in, so I will add that into my diet tomorrow. Feeling great. I can't get over how good I feel. Now if I could get my sleep regulated better I would really feel great.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

feeling kind of meh today but I did the exercises including 30 minutes on the treadmill. Hoping to feel back to myself tomorrow. I tell you, up until today I had been feeling fantastic! It's amazing what daily exercise can do for your mood.

I hope there will be more challenges in the future because this has really been motivational for me.

Day 10 done, challenge (like all the others) is already something worked into the day's plan.

40 minutes of cardio logged today, and I had a delicious spaghetti lunch! I love being able to monitor so easily what's going into me when I eat. Knowing I can have a bowl of hot, sauce-smothered pasta without going over by carb, calorie or fat limit for the day? Holy crap, it's made sticking to this meal plan a cake walk.

We're in week 2, folks! It's amazing! I'm so proud of all of us. I can't wait to see the celebrating to be had when we complete the whole challenge!

Didn't do cardio yesterday, so did 60 minutes today on the spinning machine (stationary bike with videos of spinning trainers leading you through workouts). Supposedly I rode over 17 miles and burned over 800 calories, but I think that's a serious exaggeration. Maybe 600 calories.

Enjoying a (fat free) latte and then off to do some videos before showering. Weee! emoticon

did the work out video this morning and for cardio i COMPLETED the Jillian Michaels blast fat and boost matabolism DVD. well it didnt kill me so it will make me stronger (thought it was going to though) all before noon. might do some more cario this evening. after all three kids go to bed. im really enjoying this! hope all are doign well take care of yourself and ddrink the water!! thats all i crave now. emoticon

That's why I got a divorce from Mr.Scale. He's always trying to make me feel bad. We have supervised visitation once a month.

But breaking up is hard to do - that's for sure. Just remember - when you push your muscles they cling to water to bathe themselves. your weight gain is probably water and the way to get rid of that is, drink more water. I've upped mine to 10 glasses a day and my puffy face just dissappeared.

Just finished the workout video...

Love the upper body workout for today! I can do it without feeling I'm on the verge of falling over or huting myself, and yet it clearly challenges the intended muscle groups. May need to do this one again tonight if I have time - just for fun...

On the down side, I seem to be gaining weight this week! I'm a daily weigh-er (don't even try to change me!), and my weight has gone up half a pound a day for the last 3 days. I'm not worried about it - I'm trusting the process. But it is irritating to watch nevertheless!

It's 7AM on Tuesday, and I just finished up the bootcamp video and followed it with a 10-min kickboxing cardio video that I like on Sparkepople.

Gotta get ready for work now, but I'll do 2 or 3 more videos this evening for a total of another 20-30 mins cardio and strength.

Salad will be easy for me ... one of my "Other Goals" is to eat a salad for one meal per day, so I do that regularly. I won't have time for a leisurely dinner tonight, so I've included a big salad for lunch in my Nutrition Tracker.
