Completed Day 9 workout yesterday. Still wobbly on the balance ball, especially with the 1-leg squats. Did 2nd video challenge & 30-min cardio. My lower body was a bit achey this a.m. Glad that today is an upper-body day. emoticon

The only difference I have noticed is a mere half pound drop since the beginning of the challenge. No change in measurements so far. Kinda disappointed!

Forgot to update yesterday morning. Oops! Did Day 9 video, but didn't do the challenge :( I need to start doing them... maybe I will see better results!

Today was rough it is hard balancing school and fitness and nutrition! Got the bootcamp workout done and about 45 mins of cardio I want to start doing the extra challenges so I see more results!!! Good luck everyone!!!!

I wish I knew where my Richard Simmons videos were... I might do those also...

From what I understand, as long as you are getting in some form of cardio and ST exercises everyday, it will be ok. I started back going to the gym for my exercises

I think I may be falling off the wagon... my workout showed the "lower body blast" and I opted to do that rather than the video... and I did about 50 minutes of walking, spread across the day. I know I exceeded what the challenge asks, but I'm probably not going to be doing the actual videos every day.

I still count myself "in" the bootcamp, though!

Right knee is really bothering me, so no lunges/squats for me. In lieu of today's video, I did the Pilates Hips and Thighs video. Did 6 days of cardio last week and am due for a day off, but I will only do 15 minutes on stationary cycle tonight.

Oh wow what a workout today! I got up early to do a dance video this morning. Then joined a new walking group and we walked for an hour. Came home and did the spark video and challenge. My legs feel like they are going to fall off. I didn't think I would be able to complete the extra challenge workout, but my 12 year old son came in to encourage me. I told him he was my Jillian from Biggest Loser. I'm glad I finished.

45 minutes of Walking with Lesile Sansone, Did the Boot camp video, and the challenge video. Plus when ever I can work in extra walking steps I took them. Same with squats and hip flexors.

I can relate to some of you who mentioned feeling sluggish. I felt that way last week. I am definitely feeling better today.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

emoticon I am fighting a cold yesterday and today. The 2 workouts were hard for me. I just got a stability ball today. I used different videos last week. I like the ball. It will take time for me to get better with it. I also did the 30 min cardio. Tomorrow is a new day. emoticon

I've just done both videos
Also did a 20 minute walk, and the kick boxing workout for my cardio

I haven't been able to get online so I need to catch up updating. I did great over the weekend and did the videos, cardio, and challenges! Did the video today and I'll try the challenge in a bit with my cardio.

Goal One - Fit into goal jeans by the end of December --ACHIEVED!!
Goal Two - 345 lbs by March 17, 2010 - ACHIEVED!!
Goal Three - 305lbs by June 17, 2010 - ACHIEVED!!

Morning all,
I am still struggling with a cold.. moved from my head to my sinuses, and Dd is home sick too. So my cardio will not be walking, but elliptical and then strength training and the video. I am not sure about the bonus video, will have to watch it and see if I am up to it. Good luck today everyone and have a great day!

I didn't see this anywhere so I will start it. I did both the video and the challenge video I thought the original workout was a little easier this week and liked the addition of the extra exercises for lower body.

I am now off to skating for my cardio workout.
