Got it all done! I subbed this video a few days ago b/c I can't do abs on the stability ball. I was able to do more of the exercises today. I definitely need more core workouts.

I love core work!! I really need to do more (as my pooch proves)!

I still did 45 minutes of cardio today... but water.. I have such a hard time with water this time of year. I MUST make a concerted effort to drink MORE!

This was a good workout for me. Not enjoyable, but good for my abs. I usually drink 8 glasses of water, but today I was motivated to get it done before the last hour of the day.

Did the video after doing 30 minutes of Zumba Tone & Sculpt. I think I'm gonna feel this tomorrow, but it's worth it! Drank my 8 glasses of water, too.

I tried but I was not able to get up from the floor!! I think I am too heavy for this. I will cntinue doing exercises but because I can't do all what is expected in the bootcamp, I will not participate. Don't get me wrong ! I am doing exercise but I am not anymore in the team. Good luck to all of you! emoticon

Did the big loop around the neighborhood (2.15 miles in 45 minutes); did Day 7 workout; and did the Richard Simmons tape. Also, I drank 12 glasses of water today. But I did break down and have a cup of hot chocolate with the mini marshmallows after my walk. Nonetheless, I did not go over my carbs for the day!

Did what I could with the video. I have drunk lots of water for years. I usually mark it at 9 glasses which doesn't include all the other fluids.

I did the video. I also did a lot of walking in the evening for my cardio. The challenge was easy for me since I am not a big coffee drinker--average daily consumption for me is about 1/2 a coffee mug. Other than green tea at work and maybe some dark chocolate as a treat, that's about the only other sources of caffein for me. I gave up sodas of all forms over three years ago.

Wanted to do this from the beginning but had too many things come up. Did most of the challenges, some of the daily workout videos and plenty of cardio. Not sure if I recording things correctly or not. Plan to do better next week and fit in all workouts and challenges. I need to do this to prove to myself I can.

Another great workout. This was a good week. Did all the Bootcamp workouts and my cardio. Also, did the bonus challenges. This was a good week. Doing this one day at a time really works. I am ready for week 2!

I love the motivation to keep up with the workouts doing this boot camp. Even being away from home, I've been able to either get my walks as we are out or go to the hotel gym. The ab workout today was great. Water intake...I usually have no problem with that!

evening,
I had to modify the workout. My head cold wouldn't allow me to try my best, but I did do most of the exercises and added some other ones that I like. Did 20 minutes of different things. I also did 28 minutes on the elliptical. I always drink at least 8 glasses of water, so that challenge was met.

Walked for 1.25 hours this morning with another member of this team, and just finished bootcamp video ... I hate planks, which is probably a sign that I need to do more! I'm a water addict, so this extra challenge isn't an issue for me. Now, the caffeine challenge yesterday -- that was a whole other ballgame (I missed my afternoon coffee)!

Did the workout video and more cardio on Your Shape (Jenny is kicking my rear, but found out that it does track me doing lower intensity stuff). But was fun. Water is difficult (I've got 3 more cups to go today). Made harder by the fact that our well decided to freeze up this morning, so no water until this afternoon. Thankfully, I did remember to fill my Brita pitcher last night, so no worries there.

Day 7 - /panting/ emoticon Done! I'm not sure my idea of "short" necessarily matches Nicole's...when she said that this would be a "short" session of core exercises. But I did it and I've drunk enough water today that I'm starting to sprout fins!!!LOL

My abs were a little sore from a workout I did two days ago, but I trucked through the video. I'm definitely gonna save this one, I really liked it.

Also did 35 min of cardio (kickboxing, treadmill, and a little yoga).

I always drink 8-12 glasses of water so I'm good there too.

Ouch!! As a mom to five kids, the core really needs some work here :) I did a cardio pump class on Thursday and was feeling some soreness from that and then todays workout just added to that. I AM proud of myself for continuing on. This really is going to happen this time around!!!

Lots of water drank today too.

I'm so proud of all of us!

Strangest thing - all of those moves were somewhat difficult for me, but I don't feel it at all right now. I did the stability ball ab exercises as well to see if I got any burn . . . nothin'.

I must be screwing up my form. Gotta try harder next weekend!

week one done was hard but I succeeded!!!! also went to gym and did 60 min of water aerobics and walked a mile. next will be taking down the christmas decorations and then go get my grandson so he can spend the night. He wants to do Wii fit and biggests loser so will get another workout tonight.
