Day four - done! It was tough to squeeze in the workout because I had a very full day, but I did the video twice. Wednesdays are not cardio days for me, but I did eat three servings of vegetables - all at lunch, but still.

I was away from home ALL DAYANG DAY and was mad that I didnt get to do the bootcamp today....

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO its now 3AM... and I just COULDNT sleep until I did this... I just finished day 4... FEEL GREAT!!! I LOVE the jackknife (???) move that you get your knees up onto the ball. I did this the other day on my own and it took me forever to get myself to do that... but now I really feel how much it works your core!! I love it!

I then did additional upper strength training with the ball and weights as well as 5 minutes spinning on the stationary bike in addition to all the cardio running around I did today!

Im now off to bed now!

Got a stibility ball today! YEAH!!! Did the video and ws AMAZED at how hard it was to do with my bad shoulder that I broke last year. (they said it would be a year plus before it gets back to normal and its only been 9 months, but still...) Anyway, I pushed through and did it anyway then I did 30 minutes of cardio. My weak point was the veggies. Usually I'm pretty good about getting them in but today just wasn't a veggie day emoticon . Oh well--Day 5- I'm ready.

Add me to the list of those who did it without the ball. I don't have one yet (although hopefully Thursday or Friday I can get one.)

Still, it was one heck of a workout for a little over 5 minutes. Then I did it again. emoticon

Also ate all my veggies. I had some carrots with my lunch, celery with peanut butter for a snack and green beans with dinner.

I also had to modify the core exercises. I'm just not confident enough in my ability to do those stand up plank exercises and NOT bust the exercise ball. Besides, I don't think a stability ball was absolutely necessary for these types of exercises.

Caught up on videos although had to modify because my ball was FLAT when I got home today. I think my kids (well, maybe DH) poked a small hole in it so it slowly deflated! What a bummer! Had a kid blow it back up but it wasn't really very solid. As you may imagine, the plank exercises were impossible- I rolled right off!! So, I just planked on the floor. Flexibility is the key- that's my motto.

I liked that video. The last move with the reverse reverse crunch on the ball was a lot of fun. Also did my veggies, even if one serving was on a cheeseburger, and 30 min of yoga. (also, my hubby helped me with a little cardio emoticon )

I did day 4....kind of! I don't have a stability ball (shame on me for not preparing) but I did hold a plank position for 20 seconds 2x, did mountain climbing 15 reps 2x and 50 crunches and a back exercise. I tried to do things that resembled the video. I hope this counts as day 4....I'm tracking it as so.

I just finished my work out a few moments ago and I feel great!! I missed day 3's work out yesterday but I made up for it today by doing Day 3 bootcamp and Day 4 bootcamp as well as 20 minutes on my Gazelle bike today!! I did Day 3's work out twice because it felt too relaxing. I didn't feel like it was exercise. I only managed to do Day 4's work out once though. I'm no expert with those stability balls! It got pretty dangerous there for a moment!!

Anywho, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's challenge.

Did anyone else feel as though the ball was going to burst from underneath them? I can't wait to see my results at the end of this month because I am so tired of breathing hard and being afraid that I might break my exercise ball. However, I was able to maintain until the end.

Day 4 done thank goodness! I was so scared my ball would burst. I couldn't get on my knees on top of the ball like Coach Nicole. She made that look so easy. Oh my goodness.... emoticon . I just kept thinking this ball is going to pop. And I couldn't get on top of it. I did good with doing planks on my knees. Couldn't do the straight arm planks at all either...LOL. I'll keep trying and eventually I will relax and get over my fear of the ball popping.

Ate the 3 servings of veggies. No cardio today.

did my fruits and veggies every day but today! pms and starting back school (teaching) after a two week break has me all out of wack and extremely exhausted! I have stuck to the boot camp though! have done all of the videos and have done 2 days of cardio so far. I gave myself a mental health day today. I will have to do cardio everyday til sunday to make up for it, Oh well, going to bed early, whoohoo!!! good night to all! emoticon

I met the fitness goals for today but not the fruits and veggies...though did have a LOT of legumes....a good thing, I think.

Met all of the goals yesterday too so I am on track with the fitness goals - all 4 days. met 1/2 of the challenges. The Plank on the ball today just about wiped me out!!

Completed Day 4 core video, twice. So glad there wasn't a video camera in my room filming me falling all over the place. emoticon
Did 30 minutes of low-impact step aerobics using Wii step board while watching NCIS episode.

Did the challenge part of today and I'm going to do a bit more cardio. I'm working on getting Your Shape up and running (it came in the mail today). The video was hard, and I couldn't do the first part since I bruised the top of my knee quite nicely to the point where sitting on it hurts...I'm hoping it's healed over by next week. Also couldn't do the straight arm planks. I kept rolling to the side. xD But it was fun.

Did my 30 minute aerobics video and walked a lot at work. Also, had carrots and celery for snack, had a salad with lots of veggies for lunch and spinach for supper. I'm very tired tonight and it took a lot to work out - didn't sleep a lot last night. Work is also very busy. I'm trying to keep going.

Day 4 video: Check (I also did the day 4 abs video from another Spark bootcamp video)
Cardio: Heading to 30 min of abs & core + 60 min of Kickboxing at the gym
Bonus Challenge: 2/3 of the way done. Had snap peas & baby carrots for an am snack. Not sure what veggie I will have with dinner yet :)

It was a bit more challenging, as I realized my balance is subpar. I did 30 min of C25K training beforehand and that kicked my butt. I'm on Week 4. I am currently eating my 3 servings of black beans yumm!

OK, I tried the ball and it didn't burst but I had to modify some of the movements. I did walk 2 miles on my lunch hour and did 15 hip extensions, on each leg, each time (9 so far) I went to the bathroom today. No fruits and veggies as I am cutting way back on my carbs and there are too many in the majority of them.

Veggies/fruit eaten: lettuce, 1/2 banana, grapes,raisins, broccoli
Cardio: havent don ethis yet, but will do 30 minutes on Wii Teniis before bed.(when kids are done and in bed! lol)
