Check me off as done! I seriously had a brutal day...6 hours with my son at the doc and ER to rule out appendicitis.......all is ok, but wow......so tired.

My goodness - that stability ball is rather scary! I kept feeling like my feet would slip right out from under me. And being a 40-something with a gimpy knee, falling over unexpectedly from an awkward position is a scary prospect! I suppose I need to wipe all the dust off the linoleum floor (and my sneaks) to ensure a less slippy contact.

Ok I've officially lost my mind. The Biggest Loser workout Bootcamp video I did yesterday had my thighs screaming in pain today yet I did today's video making them hurt even more. Was soo sore and tired I only managed 40 minutes of cardio today instead of the 60 minutes I've been doing. Needless to say i'm exhausted but in a good way.

Day 2 done! This video gave me a new goal. I want to put a focus on making my legs stronger. They used to be the strongest part of my body, but they have turned to mush. Time to get them back in shape. I also did 60 minutes on the elliptical and got in my 3 veggies. Bring on day 3!

day two- I walked for 30 minutes around the mall :) Anyone have a substitue for the stability ball? Mine apparently is flat!@

Just finished day 2 and my cardio. I'm exhausted!!! Did a 30 wii fit routine earlier in the day too. I'm pooped and ready for bed. I can't believe I exercised this late at night. Maybe that's another excuse I can nix as well. We'll see.

I thought these were great exercises. The lunge is awesome. Did a 50 minute jog this am for my cardio.
Also, will most likely finish day within calorie range for the first time since trying to get back on the wagon.

Yipeee! Day 2 done and done! Did a 30 min step dvd with hand weights and the 8 min boot camp ball workout, which I liked a lot. this is fun so far and very motivating!!!

Day 2 done plus I did 10 minutes of kickboxing and two sets of cardio totaling 68 minutes (one set in the morning and the other in the evening)

Day 2 done. Am realizing how REALLY out of shape I'm in. Thought this one would be easier, but enjoyed it anyways. Ready for Day 3. Didn't get my fruits in, but did get vegetables.

Did day 2. Need to get a wireless router or move some stuff to have a free wall. Did 35 minutes of cardio - 2 videos -10 minute bootcamp, 15 minute desk workout and walked for 10 minutes.

Had 2 apples for snacks. Had squash soup with squash, mushrooms, carrots and onions for lunch. Also a yogurt with fruit in it but I don't think that's another fruit.

It's been a long time since I've used a stability ball in a workout! Glad this was a short workout. I will feel it tomorrow! Did 30 mins on recumbent bike & walked on treadmill for 20 mins. Had a banana at breakfast, an apple at lunch and canned peaches (light syrup) at dinner!

Loved this one!!! Although I had to improvise about the wall...I leaned up against a chest of drawers instead so I was not as steady as I should have been. Next time I will use the laptop and find a wall :) Looking forward to tomorrow!
Also ate grapefruit w/breakfast, a pear w/lunch, and veggies with dinner.

This was my first time using a stability ball. The lower body workout was so much harder than it looked, but I did like the support from the stability ball. It really made my back feel good and I like what it did for my posture. But my legs were killing me! I hope that changes over time.

I think I should have run through that workout a couple of times- but its late. Best thing about is...I did it! I also did my 33 min. on the elliptical. I would love to run outside and do my couch 2 5K plan, but it has been sooooo cold here (for sc) and cold air inflames my asthma. Building habits is half the battle though, right? As they say in education...success breeds success. I may not be working out with quite the gusto that I would like, but I am doing it! We will get there! Happy day 2 to you all and keep at it! You are worth it!

Day 2 complete. A little sore. That ball on the wall workout was killer, wow. I did a 38 minute cardio crunch salsa workout on netflix - so so, wouldn't do it again. I am starting to get sore! ah well, no pain no gain! Carry on everyone and keep the spark going for day 3! We will be 1/10th of the way there after tomorrow!

I just completed the Day 2 workout. Didn't get it in when I woke up, so I did it right before going to bed! I haven't done squats or lunges using a stability ball - what a great idea! I also haven't realized how out of balance I am - LOL - and am looking forward to making an improvement on that front, too.

Done with day 2 video and I did my Tae Bo cardio DVD (~40 minutes). I actually wanted to go to the gym but got stuck at home much later than planned writing a paper. Ah well, exercise is exercise!

Completed day 2 trying to understand why it felt like my legs were too short to reach the wall. Perhaps my ball is too big. However, I completed the challenge today. I also enjoyed the extra serving of fruits. emoticon
