Day two done.. I am feeling good. Got in the day one video in again as well plus a 2 mile walk.

Fruits= orange, grapefuit and an apple =)

Day 2 done! Woo Hoo!

Managed to drag my butt out of bed at 5:45 to do my 30 min of cardio (2 mile WATP DVD) before getting ready for work.

Just finished the Day 2 stability ball workout video. I felt very "wobbly" for much of it but definitely felt my legs working.

3 Fruits -

Mixed Frozen berries with my plain Greek yogurt this a.m.
Apple with lunch (and tomatoes and cukes which are technically fruits)
Pear w/almonds for afternoon snack

Tomorrow is going to be rough because I'll do my 30 min of cardio in the a.m. and then am meeting DH and DS at the climbing gym after DS's cello lesson in the evening. That means my arms will be like jelly when I do the workout video after climbing.

Just finish day 2,had to modify because I don't have the ball, also did the walking away pounds dvd with strech band exercises included while walking, was great!! emoticon

Just did the day 2 video. Liked it a lot, except I had trouble with balance on some of the one-legged moves. I look forward to trying this again! I have yet to do cardio (this will be after dinner) but did get my 3 servings of fruit eaten today.

Day 2 done! Wasn't sure I was going to after yesterdays workout but I really glad I did now. Did bootcamp video and 50 minute walk and jog on the treadmill. Plenty of fruits and veggies today.

I just finished day 2 work out...I too had to modify because I don't have a ball yet. Also no wall space near my computer. I do feel it in my legs though. Hmmm...what to do for the 30 min workout...so many choices.

On my way to finishing up Day 2. Did the 8 minute video, walked 1.63 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes, and I have eaten two of the three fruit options for today.

Somebody wrote about how time stands still on the treadmill. I have to have my mp3 player going while I do it, or I'd be the same way. My mix also allows me to speed up, slow down, and adjust the incline as I go. That adds a good variation into it, and before long...those 30 minutes are history!

Did a 15 min 1 mile walk and jog after work. Eating Steam fish and veggies and plan to do some pilates also.. I'm completely out of shape so I had to start out small today

Did 85 minutes of cardio: 35 minutes Body Rolling Massage (does this count as cardio?), 50 minutes Zumba. I did the video in the gym right after Zumba. I watched it last night and wrote down all the moves and number or reps.

For fruits, I had 4 small oranges and 1 medium apple. I usually go for more variety, but it's what I could grab on the way out this morning.

Day 2 completed. I did the video twice, and also did another 63 minutes of cardio. I completed my goal for the day. I did have to subistuted vegetables for my fruit, since I ran out of fruit.

I used my DH fitness ball, but i had an awful time of it. my knees suck. I modified, held on for balance, and did as much as i could, but i need to find a better wall for next time for sure.

Day 2 and I'm still here. I managed the lunges and squats with the ball which helped. I had to hold on to a chair for balance on the one leg lifts, but I finished. Also went for a walk today since it was a beautiful blue sunny sky day.

I just finished my work out and I am pretty proud of myself. I wanted to skip the cardio today because I worked out two day in row and felt a little tired. I came onto the team thread to see what everyone else was doing and got pretty motivated! I got in 30 minutes of cardio, which I used a work out video on demand. it was dancing... like professional dance moves, probably would have been a better work out if I didn't spend so much time trying to keep up.

I also did the spark video which was a nice cool down for me while toning my muscles.

have a great night everyone and I am glad to see day two come to an end lol

Video done with modifications. I have an old softball knee injury and so my knees are weak to do full lunges, so I was just very careful and went down as far as I could. Made sure I got in some good squats and do feel a big difference in the strength in my legs and thighs!!
Ready for day three!!
And got my challenge for the day as well.

Goal One - Fit into goal jeans by the end of December --ACHIEVED!!
Goal Two - 345 lbs by March 17, 2010 - ACHIEVED!!
Goal Three - 305lbs by June 17, 2010 - ACHIEVED!!
Goal Four - One-derland by March 17, 2012

I did mine without one--I just used a chair for some support to hold on to. I saw someone said they used a basketball instead--wish I had thought of that.

I also couldn't reach the wall with my foot. I bought the largest ball I could find. Wanted it to hold my big (but getting smaller) butt!

I really liked this video. I thought the wall lunges would be harder with the stability ball but they felt easier and probably more effective since I couldn't cheat.

Two fruits in today so far. An apple for an evening snack will finish that challenge.

Day two I walked for 90 minutes and did the ball workout. I had two fruits and will eat a third.

Day 2 done, doing more cardio later. Calves are pretty sore from yesterday. I have better balance without the ball for most things and not so much on others.
