THANK YOU to everyone who posted before me that they heard all the crunching and other noises coming from their knees during this workout, yet continued. I was worried about one of my knees and how it would hold up during this video, but thanks to you and your perseverence, I got the courage to try...and I did it!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!! Now, off for a walk! WOOHOO!!!

Day 2 done. I haven't blown up my ball yet, i gotta find a pump to fit it. I just used the wall and I really hate lunges but I did it. I've got bronchitis and didn't feel like exercising today but glad I did. Got the 3 fruits in and I'm waiting for hubby to get home from work to watch the kids so I can do my cardio.

Finished day two! I didn't have a stability ball, but I used a basketball instead, and it worked just fine. On to day three!

Bought my ball yesterday and today was my first time using it. Fun! 3 fruits - 1/2 banana w/breakfast, small apple for my mid-morning snack and yummy red Florida grapefruit for my snack tonight!

Well I did the ball workout this morning and I thought it was pretty easy. I ice skate a lot, so I have pretty strong hamstrings and quads. Then I went ice skating for my cardio, did freestyle and then we had off ice synchro team practice and then on-ice practice, so I think I managed my 30 min worth. LOL I had a banana w/breakfast, nectarine w/lunch and just had a snack of an apple.

I hate squats but they are easier with the ball in my opinion.

Day 2 exercise is done - the fruits and veggies are halfway there! This is so helpful and motivating!!

I had a bit of trouble with the exercise where you put your foot against the wall... I couldn't reach the wall!! Perhaps the ball I have is too big. So instead I did the first exercise again. I found these exercises a bit hard on my bad knees, but I persevered and completed it all (with that one exception. I feel very good about what I've accomplished. emoticon

just completed lower body - my knees crunch a lot

Managed 2 portions of fruit today - will try harder tomorrow - did 4 portions of veg though

No cardio today - but I did 40 minutes yesterday - and my legs are really sore after the first video !

on to day 3 - looking good so far

Got Day 2 bootcamp video done this morning after 35 minutes of stretching. Did 70 min on the elliptical for my cardio.

Fruit challenge: Had honeydew melon for breakfast, an apple now and a cup of fresh strawberries tonight!

Day 2 Done...also walked 10 miles at my fitness trail

for today's challenge I added raisins to my oatmeal at breakfast. A large salad at lunch and for snacks a banana and an apple

Finished day two although balancing on one leg was a challenge ... used my golden retreiver who wanted to get in on the action to hold me steady! LOL Off to the gym!! Have a great day!!

Did the video for day two and really liked it. I didn't have to modify as much as with the jumping one. I have a cardio dance work out for later to get my 30 minutes in. :) As for fruit...one done, two to go!!

I did the lower body with the video, and cardio on treadmill for day 2.
Was surprised at how effective it felt using the ball! I never used the ball for any workouts and it first felt strange then I got use to it.
These will also help me improve with my balance. I had to keep holding onto something.
I really enjoyed that lower body workout!

I did these all on one foot as my left foot and ankle are totally bruised from sledding! Love getting this workout in, it went well with my shoveling.

Balance ball...my hubby has kicked two down our basement stairs and popped them while playing with the kiddos. I told him not to buy me another one bc he'll just do it again. So I just did standard squats and lunges against the wall with one leg.

I did the video, and repeated it for a second set of the moves- but I think next time I should try it without wearing my Sketcher's Shape-ups! I think they're great for making the lunges a bit more challenging, but the shape of the shoe makes the calf-raises almost impossible (at least to get any distance).

As for the fruit challenge, it's a challenge for me not to eat at least 2 pieces of fruit a day,so I won't have any problem with that!

Oh my word! I did the exercises modified since I do not have a ball, but my knees crackled like rice crispys. Did 30 minutes on my ex. bike and now my legs and hiney hurt. Going to see if I can find a cardio video at my library because the 2 videos I have are too advanced for me.

Man everybody is really getting it in today!!! Yay Bootcamp I didn't love todays workout my knees hurt a little but I'm glad I did it... it can only make me stronger... no email for me today either... Now off to walk with Leslie Sansone! Have a great bootcamp day everyone!!!!

Log your exercise in the fitness section. Go to the video page, scroll down and there is a button to add it to your fitness tracker. Click it for today or click on 'add to a different day' if you're doing them on a different schedule. Log your fruit on the nutrition tracker.

I did the video, although I had to write the exercises down and go to a different room in the house! I have no wall space where the computer is.
I walked the dogs for 30 min this morning, and baby it's cold outside! lol

I just finished today's workout. Day two was a little better. I could do the routine okay I just need a larger space to work in. The only wall space I have that I can see my computer screen is very narrow. My 30 min. of cardio was completed on the tredmill. I am glad I have joined the bootcamp challenge. I hope I can finish.

i got my video workout done before 9 olock this morning i was very happy. I need to get a stability ball went slow and was paying alot of atention on my posture. but i would like to get one. my daughter (2) helped me out also. she tryed the workouts and counted with me i did each exercise 15 reps twice. so she counted she can now count to 15 YEAHH. later today is my cardo on the treadmill. cant wait for my two cardio DVDs i ordered to come soon.

I did a modified Day 2 on the Wii Fit Plus for 27 mins working on the legs, hips, and abs. Then I did 22 min of moderate intensity on EA Active for their Day 2 of 30 Day challenge. I'm definatley feeling it today.
Oh, I wouldn't want to forget the 30 min carb workout called clearing off the car and shoveling snow. emoticon

Day two and I am still here. The ball routine wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. I did have trouble with the lunges--the ball had me so far from the wall that I was a bit strained getting my foot back and into posisition. The single leg squat was very challenging, I need to hold on to a chair to maintain my upright position. I went to the gym and did 33 minutes on the treadmill. I have already had two fruit servings, applesauce and pineapple. I will also have a pear with lunch.

I did find that previewing the video the night before has helped me with both days. I plan to do the same thing again this evening.

Fun video. I can see why the stability ball adds stability. I had to take it slow at first until I figured out how to maintain balance. 30 minutes of cardio done with my Wii. I have some fruits factored into today also. I'm so glad I joined this bootcamp!
