I did the bootcamp, but when I went to add it to my tracker it wouldn't add, so I added each component separately - a pain, but I think I ended up w/ 3 extra points.
Did my 4 mile Leslie Sansone before school and walked very briskly with Cathy at school for 25 minutes as we had a MANDATORY staff meeting with the new/temporary principal.
Hope it will count putting everything in individually. I think this should be in day three - will check and see if there is a day three thread and post it there.

Of course it's ok! As you said they still correspond. You are working the same body part, just using a different method. I had to substitute this one also, because I don't have a free wall in my livingroom (or any room for that matter). So, I did Day 2 of the SwimSuit Bootcamp, which I have on my Spark Team page, it did not use a ball.

Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp uses the band.

OK.. so I don't want to buy a ball for the workouts and they are not really doable without one, at least most days. SOOOOOOO... I have found tbe Bookcamp workouts from last summer and they pretty much corresponde with these ones, just no ball.

I hope it is okay to substitue.

Totally got in the water and fruit. What helps with the fruit is that I put a quarter cup of dried goji berries in with my oatmeal. Good stuff. And I drink green tea instead of coffee. So that helps with water. I did my EA Active challenge workkout yesterday, so no SP workkout. But I got in over 30 minutes of exercise.

loved Day 2 I did it @ work during lunch,co workers wished they could have watched.. LOL I did also get my fruit in and water...Yay mee!!!

Boot Camp Day 2 emoticon . I agree about he short people when I was getting set up for the lunges it took me foever to find the wall. My legs feel like spaghetti so I know I did it. I also did 15 min on the treadmill and a full upperbody workout.

Did 40 mins of cardio with Prevention fitness' Walk your way Slim video (great workout). I live in a small apartment and do not have any free wall space in my livingroom, so I couldn't do the Day-2 workout with the ball. Instead I did the Day-2 workout from the Swimsuit Bootcamp. And I got my 3-fruit in.

Didn't make it on the water, that is my biggest challenge. I will conquer it!

With knee replacements, this video was really hard. Just shows me where I need to develop muscles to be able to do these exercises! I also ate 3 fruits and 2 veggies today. Swam an hour in the A.M., too! It was a good day for me too!

TOPAZDIVA, I did my video yesterday too. I am 5'8" and I still had problems getting my foot back to the wall! I liked the workout though. Great on the legs.

Ran 3 miles today. Took me 30 min. After I walked for 30 more min. Came home watched (2) 10 min. workout videos on Demand. And now I just finished Day 2 Bootcamp video. I had 2 helpings of veggies and only 1 serving of fruit. It took me until 11:00pm, but I finally finished my 8th cup of water and I stayed awayd from pop, but I did have a cup of coffee around 9am and again at 8pm. I hope thats okay for my diet. It's not Starbucks just black coffee at home with 1 tablespoon sugar and creamer.Hope everyone else is beating the cravings. I knock my coffee down to 1 cup tommorrow.

Hi,
Hope your day went well. I tried the video again this a.m. with still no play, so I did the lower body exercises that my PT gave me years ago for about 10 minutes. I also took the stairs at work to the 5th floor. I have not done that in many months. It was a challenge, but I made it to the top!

While I was at work, DS did an update for the Flash Something on my PC, so now the videos work. Tomorrow I will actually get to participate!

Off to bed, now.

Completed Day 2- Lower Body Workout Video. I didn't use the ball, just a wall. I had to modify a bit because lunges & squats make my knees angry. Wasn't able to get in all 3 fruits because a grocery run is sorely in need, so I subbed in veggies instead.

I did 40 minutes of cardio on Wii through EAS Active workout.

Day 2 Complete. After yesterday's video my foot was in quite a bit of pain (I will wear shoes next time), but I managed to do 30 minutes of Advanced Step on Wii Fit for cardio plus the video. I'm sure tomorrow my thighs will feel today's video.

Day 2 is done! I went to the gym and did the elliptical for 30 minutes.You can definitely tell it's the week after New Years, the gym was packed! I almost didn't think I was going to get a machine.

Thank goodness for the 10 minute workout videos. After the gym I went with my boyfriend to visit family. I then came home recooked some leftovers (my healthy version of Kung pao Chicken with brown rice). Normally I would have just said I didn't have any more time to work out and the cardio was enough. I didn't have any excuses to make with only a 10 minute exercise. Can't wait for tomorrow!

Day 2's down! I don't have a stability ball (yet!), so I just did the 10 minute kickboxing cardio video! I hope it's an acceptable substitution. I also did my strength training today and a 30 minute "Biggest Loser" video. Needless to say, I'm sore. But feeling great! Bring on day 3!

I did it first thing this morning. My ball was flat, so I did another abs/back video instead. Kicked a 30 minute cardio right after. Didn't get 3 fruits, got in 2, and 3 veggie servings which is 5 more than I would have gotten. emoticon So I'm looking at it as progress, not perfection.

Day one went pretty good. I had to modify it a bit, but that's ok. Day 2 I was proud of myself. My legs aren't as strong as they used to be, so I was a bit worried if I could do it. My Hubby stood by for moral support, and so did my dogs lol. I didn't get as low as Nicole, but I did it!

Just did day 2 video - while I enjoyed that is was more of a challenge than day one - I really found it a challenge on balance - the lunges - I had a very difficult time with keeping form.

Day 2 complete! I did my 30 mins of cardio earlier in the form of step aerobics on my Wii Fit Plus but my internet has been kind of weird all day so I just did the bootcamp video about an hour ago cause it took that long for it to buffer! Stupid internet. Wasn't able to get the fruit in cause My cupboards were nearly bare till I went grocery shopping when the hubby got home but overall I am satisfied so far!

Day 2 video done despite my hips being majorly sore. I did the video yesterday and then a biggest loser cardio workout and then went to work. I felt great when I went to bed last night but woke up with my hips just aching. I managed to get through my physical work day. Came home did today's video. I'm thinking today is going to be one of the two days I don't do any cardio (since I did my 30 mins yesterday) to give the hips a chance to calm down.
I am persevering through it. One small step at a time. I had a grapefruit, lime and apple.

Day 2 video complete. Never realized that I actually have lower body muscles but, boy, did I feel them tonight! Walked for 30 minutes while watching The Fantastic 4! Ate my 5 fruits/veggies and lots of zucchinis!

Day 2 video done plus 20 mins cardio. I had an apple, banana, and blueberries today.

My calves hurt from all the jumping yesterday and my shoulders hurt a little from pushups I did...but, just completed day 2 and staying focused! FEELIN' GREAT TODAY!

Life is short...wear heels!

I am loving working out... it's a top priority now. It helps that my daughter loves the kid gym provided and asks to go often! Thanks 24 hr Fitness!

Day two video - done! Woo hoo! And I used inflating the stability ball as my warm up. That's a lot harder than one would think.

I also did the bonus challenge - I had blueberries for breakfast, a Clementine tangerine (and a tomato) for lunch, and an apple with dinner. Then again, I'm vegan so getting enough fruit isn't really a challenge for me.

Let's get going for day three! emoticon

Day 2done. The lunges were new for me and I liked them. This is a great video to pull out for a short leg work out.

My house is definitely not set up for BootCamp videos need to do some rearranging, but did manage to complete this one.
