I did the ten minute video with the more low impact modifications and then did a twenty minute dance video for a total of thirty cardio minutes! :)

day one DONE!! And walked with Tex and my son for 30 min. Off to a good start after several days with a sore back. Slow and easy. We'll get there.

I did the video. I realize that I am not ready to do some of the harder moves (knees) but felt encouraged to do the other movements while she was doing those. I am grateful that the video focus on multiple fitness levels.

I did the 10 min video. Pretty good for starters. I also went to the gym and shot some baskets and walked a mile around the track and went swimming and did a couple of laps. I am DETERMINED!

I didnt know what to expect from a 10 min video.. wow. haha.
I joined the camp and found out what I needed to today and got my shoes on and did my thing!
I almost thought, "oh, ill just start tomorrow."
Im glad I didnt, I am soo ready for this cahnge=]

I accidently did the wrong video today, did day one of bootcamp. A lot easer (for me) than all the jumping around...I don't jump or hop etc. So did it twice. Got my ball inflated, redy for tomorrow.

I did 15 minutes on our new treadmill and the 10 cardio bootcamp video at a lower impact pace. It is a good start!

I got through the workout using the modified version--bad left knee, bad right hip--but it lasted only 10 minutes so I rode my bike for 20 minutes more.

Today I ate right, too! Okay, the day's not over yet....

Got it done! Did lower intensity for much of it since I just had a new arrival 6 weeks ago but it feels good to move again!

oh yeah, started a blog post for the month, getting pics and measurements tonight to add to it. I'm interested to see where I am at the end of the challenge!

Day 1 DONE!! w/ a couple of the modifications, but i'm one to come up w/ excuses not to work out...especially on the wknd! and i did it twice! and got my grocery shopping done for the wk.... lots of fruits and veggies! i'm ready for day 2! and the rest of this journey... good luck to all! :)

Done .. and thank goodness!

That was the longest ten minutes of my life ... however, I did complete it and with time I will be able to do high intensity for the entire video .. today I did 90% moderate .. but I did it!

Day One CHECK! Completed. I had trouble doing the one foot hop acroos the line. Opted to hop on one foot in the same place instead. I then walked on the treadmill a couple of minutes to cool down and then jogged a mile. Feeling good about my efforts today.

OMG it was harder than I thot it would be. But I did as much as I could. Mostly just side to side and front and back, really made my left hip hurt. This is why I like aquasize, but by the end of the month I should do much better. I also shoveled snow today and walked for 40 minutes.

Day 1 DONE!!!! No jumping due to injured knee, but kept intensity high with speed (that sounds bad, but you know what I mean!)and I walked 4 miles in 90 minutes (to and from church!)...all in all, a pretty good start if I do say so myself!!!!! Congrats to everyone else who completed Day 1...and for those of you who feel intimidated/nervous, JUST DO IT....do what you can...look for improvement NOT perfection!!!! emoticon emoticon
