Day one completed - did the video (only minor ankle pain kept me from doing the one leg jumping as intensely as I would have liked, but I did keep moving), jogged for 30 minutes, and did my 100 push-up, 200 sit-up and 200 squats challenges.

Got everything done for today. May throw in a little extra leg work. Did gilad for cardio as well as Wii boxing. Lots of fun! Now just to eat right. Gotta get my fruit in, too! Keep up the good work everyone!

im so mad i couldnt fit the first video in today. I have been stuck on the couch with back spasms and i am on muscle relaxers. I am hoping to feel better tomorrow so i can fit two in one day to catch up!! they are only 10 mins so i am sure i can do that tomorrow if i am feelin better. Wish me luck!!

I did the 10 minute cardio workout... Completed!!!! emoticon

I walked about a half a mile and I did a few other exercises for my arms and abdomen!

Just finished day one of Bootcamp Challenge. 13 year old daughter did it too...she was getting a good workout she said!

I also did the best I could. Had to stop and go potty, all the jumping and bouncing almost had an accident. Definitely not as young as I use to be!

emoticon Done! I was afraid to do the video after reviewing it. Didn't think I could do all that jumping. But I did it...a little modified, and at the lower intensities. But I did do it. I won't be so afraid of the other videos after this. WooHoo! Bring it! emoticon

Day 1 = Done!

The workout felt great, even though I didn't use the Jump Start cardio. I used the Fit, Firm & Fired Up DVD's 15 minute Cardio Crunch. That kicked my keester! I followed it up with 20 minutes of yoga and feel awesome!

I really like today's workout. I did it twice yesterday and once today. My job can keep me very sedentary. A busy day I might only walk 1800 steps. That's just sad. I have tried my own mini workouts like climbing my 1 flight of stairs or doing my own mini circuit training but it usually ends up being 1 or 2 days. I could definitely do one of the 10 minutes workouts several times a day to get a little more active. Thanks so much Spark!

It's been 10 weeks since I worked out and this 10 minutes kicked my rear. REally showed me that whatever I was doing before was worth it because in the past this would have not been a challenge. BUT I DID IT! : )

Life is short...wear heels!

I am loving working out... it's a top priority now. It helps that my daughter loves the kid gym provided and asks to go often! Thanks 24 hr Fitness!

Day 1 challenge is done. I had to modify a lot, but I kept going and stayed with it. No way I could jump even a little bit.

YAY!!! Just completed Day 1! My 3yr old and I loved it. I was sweating after 2 mins. We put on a music video and kept jumping. Each time the video ended my daughter's was to get job the remote replay it!!!! emoticon

Wow... all I can say is, I remember the first time I did this workout video back last March, I remember having such a hard time getting through it! Now, having come so far doing this workout was so much fun and a great sweat other than the knee issues with hopping on my left leg (for the single leg hops) - which is from an old running injury! Honestly, today's Boot Camp video was such a testament of how Sparkpeople really changes lives!!

Oh, and on top of that, it was a great workout for somebody tired from flying home today from being out of town! I was so energized afterwards (Sundays are my off-days) I did 5 minutes of jump rope AFTER the Boot Camp video!

P.S. Also did the challenge - all I need to do is upload the pictures on my computer and then to SP!

OK I DID IT!!!! Day 1 kicked my behind. I did the modifications. I did keep moving. Like others before me the knees wont allow much jumping but I did One and modified the rest.
Determined to do 30min on the treadmill after shopping and cooking and cleaning. then I did my set of 50 crunches, calf raises and wall push ups. THEN I FINALLY got my blog up with the "pics" SMH SMH But it is what it is. cant wait to see my transformation

Saw the first video & thought, "what, ONLY 10 minutes?" That was the HARDEST 10 min. I've ever done! And only with modifications....30 years ago, maybe. Then 10 min. of strength training & went for a 20-min. walk in the sunny day--even if temp was only about 10.
