At the bottom of the video there is a button that says, "Add to my fitness." or something like that. If you click it, it will ask if you want to trade it for your fitness scheduled.
You don't have to post anything, but it is really helping me keep track and keep honest. :)

This is my first one also, and i'm feeling really overwhelmed with the amount of information in the camp. There seems to be a lot to do, no?

I joined, then my father passed away on the 27th so i've been away. I'm back, and i'm trying to keep up but i've missed quite a bit.

Should I just go on from here or try and make up what i've missed? Also are we supposed to post when we do them?

Day 1

Is it me but I think these challanges are way advanced, I just about managed to do some of them but it was tough going. with my weight I could only side step.

I love using the stablilty ball exercises, but again they were advanced moves for me, but hey I had a go.

Day 2

Calories: 1960
Exercise: Non Frozen to the bone
Water: 8 Glasses

Day 3

Calories: 1849
Exercise: Bootcamp Challenge Day 2 & 3, 40 min areobics
Water: 10 Glasses

Did not know about the button at the bottom of the video, thanks for the infor. Had a much better day not as cold. Thanks for the encouragement.

I was excited when I previewed today's video, thinking it was so much easier than Day 1's. I was surprised at the challenge. I'd like to know what happened to my sense of balance! Geez! I read a SP article about balance training the other day and thought it was kind of funny that people actually train for balance-guess I ought to be joining instead of mocking! emoticon

I did the video after first watching it. She made it seem so easy to keep up with her. I finished the video, twice, but did not stay at her pace the whole time. I am creating a new goal to be able to stay at her pace on this video by the end of bootcamp!

Well the first work out didn't happen for me because it was too hard on my legs and ankles. I did go to the gym today and did a jazzersize class for an hour and then rode the bike for 10 miles. I am feeling good about that.

I did two minutes of the first video, but was in too much pain to continue, so I quit yesterday. Not enough to record, but I will keep plugging away, and when I have enough minutes, I will let you know.

This is also my first bootcamp and I have really been looking forward to starting!! Wouldn't you know it, The New Year had its own ideas. First thing New Year's Day my DH ran over my foot!! Yes he actually ran over my foot, my heel to be exact so I am out of commission for an undetermined amount of time!! SO LAME! (It was, by the way, a total accident) So all the upper body arm stuff I'm in- the rest is questionable!!

First timer here, too. I'm so proud of all of us!! I too thought I could do the whole thing without modifying it - I sure couldn't! But you know what, it's okay. As my mama likes to say, the journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. We'll get there! What matters is that we're here and doing something good for our bodies and spirits. :)

Modifications here too but I kept moving the whole time and that's the most important thing.... don't get frustrated just keep going. Eventually we will all be able to do it un-modified without trouble so long as we stick with it!

1st time in bootcamp as well! I did really well last year from July to Sept...I lost 35 pounds then I had my gallbladder removed and became inactive and began to eat all the things that I couldn't before...well it was down hill after that! I gained 23 of those pounds back...so here I am trying to jump start the new year and finally reach my goal of 140! Good Luck to everyone out there...

I joined Body Bootcamp for support and accountablity. I understand that it's up to me to be dedicated and honest with myself. I have to sign in daily perform challenges and change eating habits. I have decided to take a semester off from college to get fit. My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds during bootcamp. I can DO IT!!!!! emoticon emoticon

This is my first time also. I have lost about 47 pounds this year - started in January 2009, would like to lose about 25 more. Hopefully this will jump start the plateau that I have been on since Thanksgiving. I already walk and run several times a day, but I am going to start more weight training.

1st time bootcamp here too. I'm looking forward to getting back on track after a miscarriage at 22weeks in October.

I need the motivation, hormonal balance, weightloss and good health with hopes we'll be blessed with another child sometime soon. In the meantime, It's time to get healthy.

I can't seem to make myself get moving. I think go for a walk. Work out to a video. But nope. I've been talking to myself for about a week. I going to do this boot camp and I know that once I get moving it will be easier and easier to keep going. I am looking forward tomorrow.

emoticon I hope all the 1st timers have a great time with bootcamp. One of the great things about the way they do things here is that the program is easily adjustable for your fitness level. And if you need help just ask!

Good morning everybody. This is my first time here at boot camp and I am very excited. I hope I can do this. I have been walking a little more trying to get my muscles stronger and to also become physically fit. I still have about 75 pounds to lose also. This will be like killing 2 birds with 1 stone :)

Yeah to all the first timers like you and me! I know we can do this!! I to have had many setbacks this year and am looking forward to a new year with a new start. My goals for this month are to finish the bootcamp doing everything that is asked of me and to drop five pounds. I know that doesn't sound like much but I am hoping that slow and steady will win the race.

This is my first time in bootcamp as well. After having a very difficult year with my health and other issues in 2009, I am looking forward to a healthier and happier 2010. The bootcamp sounds like a perfect way to get the year started off right.

Well here I am, I hope to do this as much as I can. I have a disabled husband who after fighting cancer and a corepectomy now is recovering from a broken left leg. He keeps me busy. So if I miss a day, please be forgiving.
