1. Yes, weight is hindering my health (especially my knees)
2. I have always thought that my weight was because of my thyroid not functioning correctly.
3. I would like to go to 64 kg, meaning I have 21 kg to lose emoticon
4. I try to get a good 60 - 90 minutes walk a day and try to do some cardio-need more of this.
5. I have recently started started eating more protein and curbing carbs.
6. I know I eat healthy and jut need to move more, instead of watching too much TV.
7. I would be happy either way, but love losing inches as that means clothes fit comfortably.
