Hello team!!
I really really really love chocolate and any kind of pastries..I used to eat something sweet after my lunch in a daily bases. But now that I have started a balanced and healthy diet I have stopped eating desserts and sweets..Instead I prefer to eat fruits..peaches are my favorite this time of the year..or some jelly..I have also tried some honey!!Do you have any other suggestions for low fat desserts..I am afraid that if i tried to eat chocolate I couldn't resist and want to eat more..But If i deprive myself from sweets I know that soon enough I would crave my favorite choco ice cream!!!
