I am getting to hate fitbit. I couldn't sync my Alta HR for days so I called customer service. I don't think they know what they are doing. He had me remove the device so we could set it up again. Well, we couldn't set it up again, so now I have no device with the account. I am not happy. They offered me 25% off another device but who wants to buy junk.

It used to work and now it doesn't. I have been gone a while. Then I remembered that I turned off permissions on many of my apps(android). So I turn on the notifications and permissions on both Fitbit and SP apps and it synced immediately. it would explain why some people have success reinstalling the apps because the fresh install probably turns on permissions.
