I have it as part of my premium membership. I have used the exercise programs and I"m not really impressed. Most of them are computer-generated voices announcing the next exercise with a clock to time them and beeps when it's time to change up. For walking there is a set time for warm up, walk and cool down. If you go further or walk longer it's not synced. My walks were showing recorded as ending about half way through. It's better just to use the tracking part of the app.

I have not used it.
Hopefully, you will get some more responses to give you a better idea what others think.

try it and see how you like

I tried years ago and to me it was not worth it

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much A true friend reaches for your hand but touches your hea

I like the idea of a personalized exercise program that uses my Fitbit to assess progress, but I don't really want to spend money on it until I have some idea how well it works. In particular, has anyone with issues like a knee injury used it. How hard was it to adjust for such issues?
