Do you find the All Day Activity to be accurate? For example, yesterday it gave me 1116 calories, which means it added 1116 calories to my nutrition tracker. However, I do not think I burned an extra 1116 calories throughout the day, on top of my BMR! I went for a long walk, and reached just over 11,000 steps for the whole day, but no other cardio or workout. I don't typically eat the extra calories anyway, but it seems quite high. Thoughts?

I log weight training that fitbit does not count.

I log activities Fitbit doesn't read (like riding a bike at work or yoga) on SP because I don't like the way Fitbit's activity log is set up. Just make sure to not to double-count walking/running if you're doing both.

I've logged them both places, not at the same time.

I manually log activities that Fitbit doesn't recognize well, like stretching and biking, but I log them on Fitbit not Spark because I always wear my tracker.

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much A true friend reaches for your hand but touches your hea

Does anyone here still manually log their activity on SP - above the "All Day Activity" minutes that post when your FitBit syncs? I have noticed that some people do and some don't - just wondering what's the most accurate....
