They have a sticky in the general discussion that gives you a plan for the program that incorporates the No More Trouble Zones and Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism. I think it is pretty cool.

Peggy, it will be great to see you on our daily chit chat thread! I say take it easy tomorrow to give your ankle a break and then if you feel better to get your workout in on Thursday. You are doing emoticon

I was right. The BF, MB kicked me to sleep this morning emoticon . I didn't know I was such a whiner emoticon . I'm also walking around with an ankle support on today. I have 3 pins in my right ankle and all the jumping I did aggravated it real bad. I

'm trying to debate if I'm going to take tomorrow off, or wait until Thursday, which is the regularly assigned day off.

Day 5, 30 DS is only 27 minutes long. I'll see how I'm feeling when my alarm goes off. I'm sure I won't hurt myself if I wait and do it Thursday. Only time will tell.

Day 4 DToney and I totally agree with you. I've done three days of 30 DS and yesterday did the No More Trouble Zone. Tomorrow is the Banish Fat, Boost your Metabolism. After yesterday, I'm a little afraid of this one. But I can do it.

When I stepped on the scale this morning, it showed that I was 1.4 pounds down today. I am very afraid of what it may say tomorrow. I know, I know, we shouldn't spend so much time worrying about what the scale says, but I stayed the same size all last week, so to see it has changed today sent a pleasant shock through me.

I did start the Jillian Michaels 30 Shred yesterday, it is a very intense workout so I'm hoping that I will see a slight difference withing the first 10 days. We'll see. I'll keep you posted.
