We are totally going to make this easy! All we have to do is keep track of how many calories we burn each week. The key is to get in cardio and strength training throughout the week and challenge our bodies. We are all at different levels and that is all right.

LET's HAVE FUN and BE CREATIVE! I am starting this today, how about you? emoticon
