Week ending 15th:
Caloric burn 1,601
Increase of 400 calories from last week! Increased cardio sessions to 45 minutes from 30 minutes.
Goal for next week:
Finish up the best body now workout plan month 1 (I am going into week 4) Increase resistance with bands....good gain week for strength and cardio!

We are totally going to make this easy! All we have to do is keep track of how many calories we burn each week. The key is to get in cardio and strength training throughout the week and challenge our bodies. We are all at different levels and that is all right.
