My first week of Slim in 6 is done today. Skipped a day so I got one in today to make up for the week. Tomorrow starts the new session. Going to be getting these in the evening. Not sure if I'll have enough time in the mornings. May keep my Wii/Kinect games in the AM at 30 and add this one later. I'm determined to keep it going and see how much I can lose this month. Aiming a pound a week.

We are totally going to make this easy! All we have to do is keep track of how many calories we burn each week. The key is to get in cardio and strength training throughout the week and challenge our bodies. We are all at different levels and that is all right.
