I logged in my 10 minutes of cardio today and that's what it said that I burned. I only use the SP fitness tracker. I know that I have to start moving more - that's the key!

It's great to have you join in the challenge. All we have to do is log your calories burned each day after your workouts. Today for instance, I walked, did aerobics, strength trainied and burned a total of 1147 calories. I have just added in an evening hour walk and it feels great to get moving!

on this calorie burn challenge do we just count the calories we burn....or do we go by the deficit?? for example i eat a total of 1300 calories....but i burned 1500 calories in that day...so that will be a total of 200 calories i burned for the day

We are totally going to make this easy! All we have to do is keep track of how many calories we burn each week. The key is to get in cardio and strength training throughout the week and challenge our bodies. We are all at different levels and that all right.
