You are totally moving fast around the team page and I love to see that already. Take a look at the different challenges that we have and choose the ones that will help you to stay on track. We have challenges that relate to nutrition as well as fitness.

Once you are true to this diet and stick to your plan faithfully, the pounds should come off. The key is being honest and staying strong, which I know is difficult or this journey wouldn't be a challenge.

My favorite one is the weekend challenge because I have difficulties staying on track when the family is home.

We post our weight either on the "Trash the Pounds" or "Sunday weigh in" threads. I recommend choosing a day that works for you and starting with that date & weight.

I wish you much success and I do hope that I answered your question.
