Hey everyone,

I was thinking about rewarding myself at each big milestone with some spark goodies that I like. That way I will see them on my page and really be motivated by my success to keep moving.

Here are my ideas:

When I reach 150 lbs, I will give myself a silver trophy.
When I reach 147.5 lbs, I will give myself a gold trophy.
When I reach 145 lbs, I will give myself new runners.
When I reach 142.5 lbs, I will give myself new workout clothes.
When I reach 140 lbs, I will give myself a crown.
When I reach 137.5 lbs, I will give myself an bikini.
When I reach 135 lbs, I will give myself a diamond.
