Everyone is doing so well! I fell off the wagon for a while after my little incident, but I am pulling myself together and getting back on. For the week of 3/7-3/13 I had a deficite of -5462 (still didn't loose a pound!

This is a way for those who don't have the time to burn 3500 calories a week in workouts to still hit that 1 pound a week challenge goal. A calorie deficit is easy to calculate:
Calories Consumed - BMR (Basil Metabolic Rate) - Calories Burned = Deficit

Sparks actually calculates this for us under the reports section, which makes it super easy to track for us. This also motivates us to track food and workouts.
