Don't be discourage...

Just change things up when you see no changes in weight.. BUT you might be having the phenomenal changes in Inches...

When I see I am hitting a plateau I eat increase my "Fat", or "Carbs" by a 10 to 15% on a Sunday and then on Wednesday BUT JUST ON MY LUNCH MEAL ... It confuses my body and it works... Sometimes I Increase or sometimes decrease the workouts And it also works... Sound strange BUT it works for me..

WE CAN DO IT...

Thanks, Johanni. You did great too! I am hoping I can keep it up. I am sure it is going to slow down and come to a plateau shortly as I cannot keep up the loss I have been experiencing.

WOO HOO I am on fire even with 2 horrible weeks due to snow and I managed to lose 5.4lbs I am proud of ME.. 2.75%

KO: 153.4 (I lost nothing, unfortunately, but I think I am getting stronger, so I am alright with it.

I actually thought % of body weight would be easiest, but you can measure your body fat with a special scale or by web sites like:

www.healthstatus.com/calculate/bfb

I think since not everyone has a Body Fat scale, it is easier to go with % of body weight. So that means for example, if I start at 154lbs, and I lose 4lbs, then I lost 2.56% (lost pounds X 100 divided by Start Weight = Body Weight % lost)
