I used to take multivitamins, and I was taking a pre-, during- and post-natal multi, but stopped a while back. I really should start taking one again!

I take fiber (very important) omega 3 fish oil (for the heart, skin, hair and nails) calcium, and iron everyday.

i take multi vitamin everyday. weight watchers said tha ti should and my doctor did.

Today, I took some fiber aka Metamucil, and a calcium tablet.

I have not been consistent lately but I try to take:
multivitamin
b-complex
calcium
glucosamine/condroitin (really helps my knees)
iron during my period (without it, I have NO energy)
vitamin c

I don't take anything to help me with my weight loss but I do take a vitamin C, E, and milk thistle for my liver. I won't know if it is helping until my next blood work is done.

Are you taking anything for nutrition or diet help? If so, what? and how is it working for you?

I am taking a liquid B-Complex and multi-vitamin, and vitamin C. I think they give me more energy and help my skin look better.
