daily and breaking it down instead of forcing myself to get an X amount of exercise all at once, works best for me.

since I recommitted to get back to my goal... (Jan. 22, 2017)

I do a minimum of 60 mins of some form of exercise... I try to make it to 120 min. a day...

usually walking Daily 7 times a week
