I do have a FitBit Charge HR, I've had it for a year. Before that I had the basic Zip (pedometer) which I passed along to a friend. The Charge I wear on my non-dominant hand so it is a little more accurate for me. (Doesn't give me steps I did not earn!) It measures what the Zip did but also flights of stairs and sleep which is good for me! I monitor heart rate and distance traveled as well. It differentiates between active minutes and normal activity which is quite smart.

I love my Charge and I bought it in black. The stepdaughter made a few bracelet type covers for it so I do not look unprofessional at work lol~ Good investment when you are a fitness junky like I am! I have my phone synced so it makes my life easier. I don't pay mind to phone calls because everyone knows just to text me and I will answer back promptly~

I do not have a fitbit but I wear a pedometer that measures my steps, calories burned, distance and speed while walking/running. It has a stop watch and an alarm clock . I paid $20.00 for it and it is called a SportLine pedometer.
The best purchase I ever made and can't live without it.

I have worn a FitBit Zip, the smallest one, for several years. I depend on it for a reasonably accurate count of my steps. It also tells the time, distance walked, and calories burned. It syncs with Spark which then determines my calorie range for the day, based on the number of steps I took. If I can eat more, I am motivated to walk more. I wear. It all day, every day. I like it a lot.

I just got a new fitbit. The question for this week is do you have a fitbit? and if so , how long have you had it and do you like it? Why or why not do you like it?
